Terms & Conditions

All quotes/estimates assume uninterrupted access and free access to an adequate power supply, toilet facilities and warm running water etc: an estimate is not a set quote – we will turn it into a fixed price quote before the work commences, by mutual agreement. The quote/estimated price is based on the complete work specified being carried out, and Propertyfix Builders Ltd reserves the right to alter the individual prices should you wish to only have some of the work carried out. Propertyfix Builders Ltd will not, unless otherwise stated, remove large rubbish from the property. This service can be arranged by Propertyfix Builders Ltd on request, and there will be an associated charge. Certain smaller items such as empty paint tins and off-cuts etc. will be removed as part of the standard service. Propertyfix Builders Ltd will not be responsible for damage that may occur to existing fittings that are removed. Where you would like them to be replaced we will use due care and attention as far as possible. Our quotes/estimates are as detailed as possible to avoid any misunderstandings. If something is not explicitly listed, it has not been included. If something is missing that you would like included, please let us know and we revise the estimate accordingly. Propertyfix Builders Ltd reserves the right to alter the amount of the quote/estimate and hence the final invoice, should the specification of the works be changed or increased, or if unforeseen problems are encountered and dealt with. Wherever possible, client approval will be sought in advance of any such work being undertaken. Propertyfix Builders Ltd reserves the right to refuse extra work requested after acceptance of this estimate. If extra work is accepted by Propertyfix Builders Ltd, and carried out, extra costs will be incurred. The client agrees to the display of a sign visible from the exterior of their property displaying the company name and contact details for the duration on the works. The client may not employ the services of any contractor, sub-contractor or worker provided by Propertyfix Builders Ltd on a direct or indirect basis before or during works, and for a period of 12 months following completion of the works. Propertyfix Builders Ltd will not be held liable to pay any extra costs incurred (By the client or any other parties involved) due to work carried out by Propertyfix Builders Ltd failing to comply with the agreed time frame/completion date. Propertyfix Builders Ltd assumes ownership of all materials on site (used or un-used) purchased by Propertyfix builders ltd before during and after work commences until full payment for work carried out has been received. Invoice terms are immediate and strictly upon completion of work. Payment of deposit constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Up to 35% deposit is required prior to the commencement of work Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Propertyfix Builders Ltd is unable to deliver the services agreed to, in which case a deposit would be refunded, while works commence we require weekly stage payments to be settled strictly by way of cleared funds on the Thursday of each week that works commence, failure to do so will holt works until paid, thus compromising on the time frame, if completed sooner/later then balance on the account to be settled strictly on completion with immediate effect, Any late payment will incur a weekly 10% interest fee on top of the total amount owed, (compounding weekly), plus any debt recovery fees will also be added, Final payment for works carried out & received by Propertyfix Builders Ltd constitutes 100% customer satisfaction an waves any right once received for the customer or a 3rd party to pursue any refund or additional/remedial works to be carried out by Propertyfix Builders Ltd there after
